Yeah so. We're back. I moved again and shaved my head. Most of the songs were completed in various transitional periods when I was writing and recording simply so I wouldn't lose my mind. After about a week of settling into the new apartment and getting all my stuff out I sat down at this wonderful desk I have and banged out the last 4 or 5.

The I Ching tells us there are ten thousand named things that exist separate from Tao - the eternal essence of the divine. This album seeks to give sound to the pursuit of namelessness.

Track 1 was recorded in one take and I'm sorry if the mix is too loud but that's what I was going for.

Track 4 is based around a modulated bass loop that I had lying around since 2017.

Track 6 is sexy.

Track 8 was inspired by the rogue punks of Yakutsk, Russia.

Directions for a performance of track 11: Throw drumsticks at arrangement of percussion instruments. Have a dog bring the drumsticks back to you.

Track 13 is something special.

Track 15 is dedicated to every good person I have in my life.
